Resume Review | Talent Attraction & Selection Team

A member of the Talent Attraction & Selection team will review your resume to assess if you meet the core qualifications for the role.  
Stage 3

Interview with Talent Acquisition Team

During this stage you will meet with a member of our Talent Attraction & Selection team to learn more about Patina, our team, and the role, as well as share your career interests and experiences.  
Stage 4

Clinical Assessment

During this stage you will answer two brief clinical scenarios and one technical scenario to get a closer look at common scenarios our Primary Care Providers encounter and provide the team with a better understanding how you'd approach each scenario. 

The session will be recorded and shared with our Clinical Leadership team for review.
Stage 5

Clinical Conversation w/ VP, Primary Care Delivery

Spend some time learning more about Patina and our care model, as well as sharing your clinical experience, through a conversation with our VP, Primary Care Delivery, Alex Ristow.  
Stage 6

Interview with Hiring Leader

During this discussion you'll spend time with the hiring leader for the {{job}} role.  The discussion will focus on helping you to better understand the role and what's it's like to work at Patina, as well as continue to asses your interest and fit  for the role.  
Stage 7

Team Interview

This discussion will focus on helping you to better understand the role and working with other members of our Care Team.   
Stage 8

Interview with Chief Health Officer

During this final interview you'll have the opportunity to meet with our Chief Health Officer to highlight your experience and interest in Patina, as well as ask any final questions about Patina, our team, or our Care Model. 
Stage 9

Offer Process

Once all stages of the interview are complete, the team will evaluate your candidacy for the role and qualified candidates will move forward in the process to have an offer to join the Patina crew created and extended.
